FAQS

WHAT IS PSYCHOTHERAPY?

Psychotherapy (also referred to as therapy, mental health counseling), is a service provided by professionally licensed therapists to individuals, couples and families. It involves confidential meeting(s) with the provider who uses research backed interventions and clinically informed therapy models to understand and address your thoughts, feelings and/or behaviors.

I AM INTERESTED IN THERAPY, BUT I AM WORRIED ABOUT THE COST. DO YOU OFFER SERVICES ON A SLIDING FEE SCALE?

In an effort to make psychotherapy accessible to those from a variety of life circumstances, I offer my services to a limited number of private-pay clients on a sliding scale basis. Please contact me for further details.

I am a verified provider for the following insurance carriers and will gladly provide the appropriate billing forms for insurance carriers who allow out-of-network coverage.

ARE YOU OFFERING IN-PERSON SERVICES?

Unfortunately, at this time I am only offering virtual care. Please let me know if you are interested in being placed on a waitlist for when in person services are offered.

DO YOU PROVIDE THERAPY SERVICES IN DIFFERENT LANGUAGES?

Yes, I am a certified bilingual therapist in Hindi and Panjabi.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?
